Hi guys! Well, people. I'm M.

Thanks for reading Simplex! I'm blessed to get to write on this blog and have people actually read it!

Anyway, this page is here to tell you a little about me. I have lots of interests, but the most important thing in my life is Jesus, my savior and friend. My favorite verse in the Bible is probably Psalm 62:2, where it says, "He alone is my rock and my salvation, He is my fortress, I will not be shaken." Jesus is the one who keeps me looking up in life.

One of my biggest passions is music. I sing and play the piano, and I dream to someday play the guitar, too. I've been in a choir the past few years that has been so awesome, and I can't really begin to describe how it's changed my life!

Thoughts and ideas are another one of my favorite things. It might sound weird, but I love philosophy and learning. So yeah, I'm a complete dork, but it's okay to be weird sometimes!

I think the reason I love ideas so much is because I love to find ideas through reading, and to make ideas through writing! Blogging has been one of the things I never expected to turn out so well. I've dabbled a teeny bit in spoken word poetry and songwriting aside from my usual philosophy or fiction, and I hope to be able to do more of it!

I like paperclips because they remind me that God is holding the world together.

I enjoy Bible study, spending time with friends, playing with little kids, food, Pinterest, fashion, designing things, clouds and rain and snow, and STARS! 

My life is sweet. I hope you guys enjoy following me as I write about the ups and downs and inside outs of my life!
